Last day to go all out.


Ryo-san's last day is chinning (pull-ups), the basic back training. This exercise trains the broad back muscle, which is the side of the inverted triangle of the upper body. As you will see when you try it, most people cannot do even one pull-up with their own body weight at the beginning. On this day, we use a rubber band to support the load and go beyond your limit number of repetitions. Muhammad Ali once said, "I don't count the number of sit-ups. I start counting when I feel pain. The best part of personal training is that with the assistance of a trainer, you can go to a place you could never reach alone. The look of anguish on their faces as they break through their limits also looks heartwarmingly exhilarating, perhaps because of the cool and refreshing clothing.

This time, Naomi does upper body training. She is training her back with lat pulldowns. Wearing a beautiful paisley pattern, Naomi looks like she is a dignified veteran trainer, embodying the "Be Strong Be Stylish" concept of "Admiral Athle". Arnold Schwarzenegger once said, "Abs are made in the kitchen. Abs are made in the kitchen. The slimmer face line than before is proof that he not only trained hard but also kept a good diet.

I had never done much serious muscle training, but after just one month, people around me said, 'You've changed. Sometimes the days of muscle pain were so hard that I thought my body was broken (laughs), but even though it was only for a short period of time, I could see the effects, even if only a little. I thought this was the reason why I got hooked. That's why I don't want to lose the muscles I gained. I have curly shoulders and a hunched back, so I am more conscious of my posture on a daily basis. The clothes I wore this time were just the right balance of loose-fitting and form-fitting. I don't like the silhouette of an ordinary T-shirt, and I don't like the stiffness of tight-fitting sportswear. The stretchy fabric also works well, so I want to wear it when I go mountain climbing, which is one of my hobbies.
I get carried away because everyone compliments me on how small my face has become and how my hips have risen, but I enjoy working out. It's fun to work out together. When I hear them working hard next to me, I think, "I have to do it, too! I feel like I have to do it, too. It's cute to wear clothes with the same pattern to make a little pair look like today. Usually it's funny to see Ryo-kun not liking the pair-look, but today he didn't seem to mind at all (laughs). All in all, I think it was a great success! I will make training a habit!" (Naomi)
