A tale of two people going abroad.

. Now that the food is ready, let's have them eat it.
Kasamatsu:Bon appétit .

Kasamatsu:Delicious! It's firm and filling.
Toba:Right? It's properly juicy, and the salad makes it more filling, so it's a good meal during training. Shrimp is also good just because it has protein in it. And the meat is delicious, too, right?
Kasamatsu:This crispy crust has a flavor to it and it's like a sauce. Mmmm, really very tasty!

Toba:When you cook thick meat, you can't let the salt penetrate the inside. So, I try to imagine that the amount of salt for the whole thing is applied only to the skin, so that the skin and the meat are just right together. Try eating the fried eggs together, too, breaking up the yolk in the process. That egg is also soft inside and very crunchy underneath, and it's very good. There is a lot of "(regular) salt" on the one you got to eat, and it's so good.
Kasamatsu:When I tried the food, I thought, after all, it is a dish made by a professional. Various things are tight.

Toba:What do you want to do in the future?
Kasamatsu:I would like to work as an actor abroad.
Toba:That's what I'm talking about. Oddly enough, we are also overseas. In Japan, there are many things we have to do because of bias, but overseas, I think there is a soil where we can be evaluated on the basis of our essence. I am definitely planning to go abroad this year or next year.
Kasamatsu:. it's nice to know that there are others who are aiming to go abroad as well.
You are said to be a better fit overseas, aren't you, Mr. Kasamatsu?
Kasamatsu:Thankfully, we often receive such comments. Of course, I don't know how far I can go over there. I don't know if I'll just barely be able to go out for a meal, or if I'll be playing around in luxury cars (laughs). But based on my experience so far, I have gained confidence.

Toba:I got goosebumps listening to it (laughs). Your words have power!
Kasamatsu:Of course, I think we got lucky.
Toba:Shouchi is younger than me, but he is always tingling and hungry. As a chef, I think we should never forget this feeling, and I am always hungry for it. I don't mean to sound like I'm treating you or anything, but I believe that we can go abroad, too, but it's all about preparedness. Murakami You said that the reason why Takashi was successful overseas was that he simply went abroad. The point is that everyone stays in Japan because going abroad seems to be a hassle, but it is important to get out there.

Kasamatsu:I am already prepared for that. . maybe it won't work out over there, maybe I'll end up washing dishes. . But I think it is worthwhile to take on this challenge.
Toba:People who have overcome something are like that. I, too, can make a living if I do something. People who have the presence of mind and determination when they reach that point are extremely strong. There is a difference between a person who is prepared to die in the worst case scenario and a person who does not want to fail. People who are prepared to die are more capable of doing a lot of things.
Kasamatsu:So, what is difficult for me is not to make the current work a digestive game, not to think that each day's work and each play is enough. If you are immersed in a lukewarm environment, you will become accustomed to it, so I have to make sure I do my best.
