Running through the lush greenery of Inokashira Park!
After stretching and relaxing the body, the next step is running.


Departing from "THE NORTH FACE/NEUTRALWORKS. Kichijoji," we headed in the direction of Inokashira Park. The streets of Kichijoji are crowded, so we will head there on foot at a leisurely pace instead of running.
Once you arrive at Inokashira Park, start running!


Not far from Kichijoji Station, Inokashira Park is a popular place for citizens to relax. The lush green park has a promenade suitable for running.


It rained until dawn that day, the trees were moist and wet, and the road surface was wet. It felt like the park was filled with negative ions, which was a pleasant feeling.


After going around the pond in the park, return to "THE NORTH FACE/NEUTRALWORKS. Kichijoji" to finish the tour!

We completed a run of about 30 minutes, or about 4 km. HOUYHNHNM RUNNING CLUB♡ usually holds group runs on weekday evenings, but sometimes it is nice to have morning runs on weekends. Running wakes up your body and refreshes your mind. It is a healthy way to start the day.
The final step is after-run conditioning. As before the run, stretching is performed utilizing the "HyperVolt".



This run was shorter than usual, about 4 kilometers, but thanks to the conditioning before and after, I felt physically more fulfilled than the distance I ran.
After stretching, participants will be served donuts from SUNDAY VEGAN, a popular donut store in Kichijoji, and _SHIP, a fermented sparkling tea kombucha.



Participants were able to unwind by stretching their bodies, enjoy a pleasant run through the lush greenery of the park, and recharge their energy with healthy food and beverages. The participants must have felt both physically and mentally fit through the series of contents of this event. Thus ended the running and conditioning event at THE NORTH FACE/NEUTRALWORKS Kichijoji.
