Original items from BEAMS are very popular. BEAMS" has a wealth of knowledge gained from American casual culture and a design sense that captures and reflects the current mood. By skillfully mixing these two elements, we create clothes that match the mood of today's people. The director, Motoki Yoshikawa, sets the direction of the brand. In this project, he invites guests whom he would like to meet and takes them to his favorite spots with "BEAMS" clothes. Through these places, we will get to know the personal side of the guests.
This time, we are joined by artist Shen Tanaka. She selected a record shop and a wine store in Shimokitazawa. Ms. Yoshikawa was carried along by the high-spirited Ms. Shen and got into the groove. We walked around Shimokitazawa with the two in high spirits.

Reversible Boa Fleece Blouson ¥30,800

I matched it with a sporty look centered around an oversized fleece jacket. The firmer look is cute. I put on a very simple pair of pants, but if you look closely, you can see the military beauty of the functionality of the pants, such as the straps coming out from the back of the knees. I coordinate with the image of playing with details in this way (Tanaka).

The surface of this item is fleece and the reverse side is made of nylon material, with a padding in between for added warmth. I think it can be used in the middle of winter in the city. The nylon material acts as a windbreak, so even on days when the wind blows a little, it's a piece of cake! （It's a great choice for a warmer climate.
