02_Shun Kusagaya / MITA Sneakers PR A masterpiece with a deep narrative. I want to wear them after knowing the background.

PROFILE
. born in 1994. After developing a love for sneakers, she started working as a store staff member for "mita sneakers" in 2015 , and has been in charge of PR since 2020.
- Please tell us about your "adidas" episode.
. I played soccer as a student, so I have a strong impression of the "Predator. The latest version has just been unveiled, and it is a classic spike from "adidas" that players adore. The "Samba," which boasts strong popularity among young people, also has its roots in soccer spikes, doesn't it? After working for "Mitasneakers," I started wearing various models such as "Superstar" and "Campus," which are the brand's royalty. Currently, I bought and wear "Busenitz" again.
- What is your image of "adidas Originals" from your point of view?
. An unwaveringly popular brand that continues to be loved by men and women of all ages. Among the younger generation of customers, some say they were influenced by their fathers and fell in love with the brand themselves. I get the impression that the brand's value and appeal have been passed down from generation to generation.
- One of the many special orders and collaborations that adidas Originals and MITASU Sneakers have been involved in is the "Low Suit.

LAWSUIT MITA (launched in 2013)
It was 2013 when I released the green and white version of the "Low Suit" in collaboration with Adidas Originals. This was before I started working for "MITASU Sneakers. You had originally requested a reissue of the "Adimatic" at the time, but it never came to fruition due to some guidelines regarding branding. At the time, Adidas strictly separated sports and originals," he said. As a result, this model was born, based on the "low suit" with the trefoil logo and the original colors of the "Adimatic" with the performance logo.
- What are your impressions of the "low suit" that will be reissued?
The colors and design are not bizarre, so I think they are easy to match with any style. But personally, I don't want to talk about these sneakers in the context of fashion or current trends.

- What is the appeal of "low suits" in your opinion, Mr. Kusagaya?
. It is the perfection of the product as a product. , including the origin of the name change, this sneaker is a model worth storytelling. The thick three stripes have a functional meaning to enhance durability, and the shoe's existence cannot be overlooked when looking back at the relationship and history between sports brands and action sports. Since a masterpiece that supported the footwear of an era is being reissued, we would like to wear it after knowing the story behind it.
How do you wear low suits?
Mr. Kusagaya's case

." "Since I'm a shoemaker, the first thing I decide on is the shoes. . I want my feet to stand out, so I tend to keep the overall look simple. As for what I was conscious of today, "low suit" has its roots in the meaning of "appeal," so I matched my entire body with items from domestic brands, casually appealing my love for Japanese craftsmanship (laughs).
