Araki: I used to think that the combination of a denim jacket and chinos was too old-fashioned and difficult to wear today. However, the exquisite coloring of the denim jacket and the shape of the pants made me feel as if I could wear it today. I was able to wear it in my current mood. Perhaps it is because the silhouette of the pants has a slight modish feel to it that makes it easy to wear.
-Chinos are a wide, straight silhouette.
Araki: The silhouette of this item is well balanced with a stooping silhouette. It will look stylish no matter what you wear with it. It's pretty much at the level of a god.
-God level! It helps to have pants that are easy to match without having to think too hard.
Araki: If I had to say, I think a short length top would be easier to balance. But I think it would also look good with a coat.
-How about a denim jacket?
Araki: Normal is good. Normal is a compliment (laughs). You can wear it in this size, or maybe another size down and tighter. I think it is a dress with many possibilities.
-I thought it would be convenient to have pockets on both sides of the front.
Araki: Yes, it does. So it has an inside pocket. They are large, have dividers, and are quite functional. You don't see many regular denim jackets with full pockets.
