Zaihara: I think it depends on the age and gender of the person I am talking to, but I would like to imagine a man in his 60s who is a regular customer of mine. He is not a big perfume wearer, but may I ask for some advice on what to choose?

Zaihara: Wow! Nice scent~. I really like this fragrance. Why does it give me such a warm feeling?
Dorsay: It's a little creamy, isn't it? The southern trees are a little oily, which gives it this mellow feel. Then there's the green of the leaves as well as the raw wood, so I think it gives a sense of majestic nature. It's like being in a cottage in the woods....
Zaihara: Exactly! It's relaxing, refreshing, yet receptive, and smells great. It's so good that I want to wear it myself (laughs). It makes me want to give it a hug. I think I might get the impression that the person wearing it is a generous and open-minded person. Even if you don't like perfume, this is a pleasant scent.
It is true that the fragrance is not perfumed in a good way. Do you give advice on gift selection at Dorsay stores like this?
Dorsay: Of course. It is easier for us to make a recommendation if you tell us about the person's image, colors that suit them, hobbies, likes, etc. During the holiday season, we are also developing a wrapping service with a letter.

Zaihara: Yes, I do. Many people around me have found their favorite fragrance and use it. I think that fragrance has a strong element of making an impression, and I think it is very nice to smell a fragrance unexpectedly and remember that it is similar to that person's fragrance, so I am in favor of men wearing perfume. However, I sometimes feel a bit uncomfortable if a man puts on perfume at a sushi restaurant or in other places where people are sensitive to fragrance (laugh).
