On the other hand, if the contrast is strong, I try to balance it out with an orthodox combination."

The long coat is matched with black innerwear to emphasize the vertical silhouette. However, it would have been lonely if that was all, so I added knitwear as an accent. I try to think about form and balance first when coordinating, and while I basically want to keep it simple, I try to balance it out by adding small items and accessories where there is something missing.
