-What kind of running shoes do you usually wear?
Ida: I like shoes with good cushioning. If the sole is too thin, it might hurt my feet. I haven't competed recently, but when I train for marathons, I used to wear shoes with thin soles to see how much I could run on my own, but these days, I exclusively prioritize cushioning.
-You also competed in the marathon.
Ida: I used to compete in half marathons. A full marathon requires a proper preparation period, but a half can be run with a little training. I used to run the half in about 1.5 hours, which was relatively fast.
-This time you ran wearing "NovaBlast 5". How was the comfort of the shoes?
Ida: The cushioning of the sole was to my liking and made running easy. I also felt less stress on my knees, which I thought suited my body well.

-What are some of the problems you face in running?
Ida: If I run with the sensation I had when I was younger, I might hurt my knees or muscles, so I have to adjust my running. But "Nova Blast 5" has resilience and is easy to kick off, and I was able to keep running at a good pace.
-How do you like the coloring and silhouette look of "Nova Blast 5"?
Ida: The colors are exquisite and fashionable. I think they blend well with brightly colored running wear like today's, and are also easy to match with chic wear.
