The Tokyo expansion also brought about a change in fashion.

-Did you change the way you dressed after moving from Osaka to Tokyo?
Ishii: I like video games, so I often buy game-related T-shirts and collaboration goods. However, when I came to Tokyo, my relationships with my co-stars and friends changed. Sometimes I don't want to be too casual, so I have simply become more conscious about fashion. From now on, I would like to be a little more neat and clean, and I sometimes go shopping with my seniors in between jobs.
-Who are you going with?
Ishii: I think kento fukaya is close to me. We have similar tastes, and when we are in the mood for new clothes, we go shopping together. We try on clothes at the store, and when we get out of the store, we both say, "We're both wearing blue shirts! There are times when we both go out to the store and try on new clothes.

-How about you, Mr. Shinyama?
New Mt: I may have become more modest. When I was in Osaka, there was a time when I wore only high-end brands. But since coming to Tokyo, I feel a bit embarrassed. I felt like, "Who cares about me? I felt like it would be too bad if I went to a recording session wearing high-brand clothes and didn't get any results. So, I would like to change my attitude toward clothing to one that says, "I'm going to be serious and do my best.
-Are there any particular tastes you would like to try or items you are interested in?
Ishii: Since I became a father, I have been buying more and more clothes for my children. Children's clothes are all so cute that I tend to make them very fashionable. So, to be honest, my children are the most fashionable now (laughs). This year, I would like to aim to be a fashionable father.
New Mt: I may be looking at items with zippers a lot these days. The comic costumes I sometimes wear have gold zippers. As such a "zipper lover," I am currently targeting leather jackets. Moriyama-san of "Mimorizu" and Makoto of Yoneda 2000 often wear leather jackets, and I think they look really cool. I also make a conscious effort to buy Japanese brands these days. I want to consume products of domestic brands to help the Japanese economy (laughs).

-You are very conscious. Please add "Nicco-and" to your wardrobe. What was your favorite item of clothing today?
New Mt: I am a Hanshin fan, so I liked the jacket Ishii was wearing with a tiger print on the chest. But really, they were all very comfortable.
Ishii: Yes, that's right. I felt as if I was wearing my own clothes for the photo shoot. There were many items in earth colors, which I like, and it made me want to shop more. Also, I'm looking forward to checking out the checked shirts for spring. It's a classic item, but surprisingly I haven't worn it much, so I think I'll look for a cool checked shirt at "NICO & CO.
