What is important to make good products.

The important thing is to communicate in a way that is easy to understand. So you don't have to use difficult words, and you don't have to use fluent English. As long as it is easy to understand, you can use gestures or whatever. But it is difficult to do so, and I sometimes get puzzled when I talk to staff in Japanese.

We do not force Japanese or Western ways on our Indian staff. Indian and Japanese people have different senses and temperaments, but we cannot create something without understanding the Indian way of thinking and thinking.
