I would like to make more and more fisher friends.

Both brothers caught a fish and both look pleased with their catch. Both brothers were very happy to have caught fish together.
I think it is an activity that gives me a tremendous amount of mental satisfaction. Ever since I started fishing, I have fish in my mind and I am always thinking, 'Now I am going to catch that fish.
I really do. And there are a lot of people I have become friends with because of fishing. Thanks to fishing, I can have a good conversation with elderly people and people from overseas.
Finally, when asked about the future goals of the Sugisaka Brothers, the following answer was given.
We are trying to make fly fishing a major sport, and we are trying to create a field that is easy for beginners to get into. Some people start fly fishing but quit after a year or so. Fishing is fun only when you have the experience of catching fish. We are also operating a fish farm, so we make donations to them.
We also run a beer stand at outdoor events and release fish into the river with a portion of the proceeds going back into the river. What we want to do now is to create such fishing spots all over Japan and increase the number of fishermen. Eventually, we want to leave a culture of fishing to our children and grandchildren. That is our goal.
