Please tell us about your passion for interior design.
Kato: It uses the Spanish Colonial architectural style, which is often seen in Southern California and other areas. It is characterized by mosaic tiles, arched decorations, and iron grids.
Kato: On the other hand, "NEPENTHES WOMAN OSAKA" is decorated in a manner reminiscent of New Mexico architecture. The store entrance is decorated with white tiles, the ceiling is high, and objects and other items reminiscent of the area are displayed.
As mentioned earlier, "NEPENTHES OSAKA" has a sense of openness.
Kato: We use windows as much as possible so that visitors can feel the nature of Utsubo Park up close. They are retractable, and on warm days we leave them open to make it easier for people coming and going from the park to enter.
I felt that the staff in Osaka was also distinctive. Everyone is friendly and open.
Kato: I would be very happy if you feel that way. It is true that all of our staff members are very fond of interacting with people. From someone from Tokyo, Osaka's use of language may seem more friendly.
I imagine that we are about half a step closer to our customers.
Kato: Yes, we do. Because of the location of the restaurant, many customers come slowly and stay for a long time. As mentioned earlier, we have tables and chairs outside, so we sometimes talk with customers there. I think this environment also has something to do with it.

Kato: First of all, we were happy to see so many customers. I was deeply moved by the heartfelt congratulations from all of our customers and business partners. It made me realize that we have the support of so many customers, and I was encouraged.
I would like to ask if you have any goals for the future.
Kato: The clothes of Nepenthes can be appreciated only by actually seeing, touching, and wearing them. In this age of the Internet, I believe it is our mission to convey the essence of clothing and the joy of fashion in a physical way, and we will continue to do so in the future. The accumulation of these efforts will lead to the next 10 years.
