Case 02: Young Couple x Artisan Leather Despite being so large, it is lighter than expected and easy to carry around.
Now, this is a usual everyday scene for homare & miona. Even on a work day, the styling of the two is seamless.
I like the "Artisan I like the "Leather" series because it is all leather and elegant. I picked up a shoulder bag, which I don't usually choose, but when I carried it on my back, I felt it fit in easily. It has a good size and design that makes you feel like you can't help but pick it up.
I selected a very large capacity boat-shaped tote. At work, I always need a PC, documents, and books, so this is the size I need to add to my usual luggage. What surprised me was how lightweight it was. Even though it is made of leather and is this large, it is very lightweight and easy to carry around.
Artisan In "Artisan Leather," both vegetable tanning, which gives the leather a vintage look, and chrome tanning, which increases softness and suppleness, are combined in an exquisite way to ensure a soft feel and elasticity. Then, craftsmen polish and felt each piece of leather by hand, bringing out the oil components that lie dormant in the leather to the surface, creating a glossy finish and a touch that feels as if it will absorb into the hand.
HOMARE chose a shoulder bag with a flap. It opens and closes with a magnet, and is smoother and more stress-free than a zipper.
The bag was compact in size, so I dared to style it with oversized clothes to enjoy the gap in size. The square shape of the bag is very mature, and it pulls the loose silhouette of the clothes together nicely. The design is simple, but I like the way the bottom seam accentuates and makes just the right amount of statement. I also like that this bag has a solid gusset. When I opened it up, the storage area was wide and I was able to put my stuff in it securely.
The tote that miona slung over her shoulder is large enough to take on a short trip. The base of the bag has a core, and it is stable enough to stand on its own.
The key to the styling is that the clothes are compact in relation to this large size bag. I chose charcoal gray for the color, and I think it is cute in that it is a little more casual than pure black. I think the coloring is exquisite and can be used for both mode and casual wear. I also like the boat-shaped form. A square bag for a woman would give a conservative impression, but a boat-shaped bag looks softer and is easier to carry.
