Case 03: Adult Couple × COLORS The balance between casual and luxury is just right.

Both hail from Aichi, Japan. After running a hair salon and bar bar named "INN THE PEOPLE" in Nagoya, they have now relocated to Tokyo, where they have a store in Komaba-todaimae.

This is another location in Tokyo. The pleasant spring sunlight and warm air enveloped the area, lifting our spirits. Yoshitaka and Yuko are holding COLORS bags. They both have nylon bodies and blue handles to coordinate with their outfits.
I have a lot of shoulder bags, but sometimes a tote is nice, too. Basically, I am happy when both hands are free, but a tote bag can be carried in many different ways. This bag has adjustable handles, and I'm also happy that I can hold it in a shorter length.
'Compact and functional bags are what I like. I carry only the bare essentials, like cosmetics, so I'm happy if I can carry those things while keeping them organized. This mini tote is perfect for my taste. The size is just right, and with several small pockets inside, it is easy to use.
The nylon material is Cordura polyester, which is resistant to abrasion, tearing, and fraying, finished with the brand's original twill weave (= twill). The outer surface is treated with a water-repellent finish, and the reverse side is coated twice with a PU coating, making it highly waterproof. The leather and the brand's commitment to quality are also evident.
Yoshitaka color-coordinates the blue handles with pants of the same color. The simple design of the bag matches basically any coordinates, but linking the color of the handles to the coordinates adds a sense of unity.
I thought it was interesting that the color of the handle could be changed, which is an unusual idea. I think the ability to freely change the look of the bag depending on the TPO is an amazing feature of this bag.
Yuko showed us how she coordinated the nylon body with the blue handles, linking it with her denim jacket. The "COLORS" mini tote fits well with casual adult outfits.
I'm getting older, so I thought it would be nice to have a luxurious mood in the design. However, if the bag is too stiff, it won't fit me, so I think this is just the right balance. I think this is a bag that adults can easily carry.
