I couldn't agree more. I too have an image of leather in my mind when I think of "Gap". And for some reason, it feels very American. If I were to use an analogy, I would say that it has the image of a thief from "Home Alone" coming here, including the sense of the times.
So, how about the Gap leather, which has been very moderately salted after about two rounds, what do you think?
