Two days to experience the thrill of cars. Car City Guide is hosting a “New Product Launch Party” in Asakusa.

Car City Guide, a media outlet and brand that has always presented cars not merely as a means of transportation, but as a bridge connecting cities, people, and lifestyles, celebrated its fifth anniversary this year and launched a completely revamped website to mark a fresh start.

Kicking off with the launch of this new *Car City Guide* product, a special event will be held for two days only, from Friday, October 2, through Saturday, October 3.

Here are the new products that will be available for purchase at the event. This item provides a smart way to store parking tickets, cards, receipts, and small items that tend to get scattered around the car. You can detach it from the sun visor and use it as a shoulder bag, making it a handy accessory for when you're out and about.

The year 2026 marks the 50th anniversary of the launch of the Volkswagen “Golf GTI.” To commemorate this occasion, “Spinning Garage”—a dealership in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture that specializes in the Volkswagen “Golf II”—plans to hold a special exhibition.

In addition, as part of a collaborative project with a peer-to-peer used car sales service, a lineup of “great cars”—submitted by followers of *Car City Guide*—will be displayed in rotation throughout the event.

On Friday, October 2, there will be a pop-up shop by *MILKTEA SERVICE*, led by Yusuke Sudo, who trained at the long-established Shibuya tea specialty shop “Kenyan,” as well as alcohol sales and DJ events. Be sure to check it out.
