Sillage, an up-and-coming brand that is gaining popularity mainly on SNS for its ultra-thick pants and shirts that combine universal design with exquisite sizing, and MURO, aka King of Diggin', who is celebrating his 35th anniversary of making mixtapes this year, have collaborated to create a new line of mixtapes. This year marks the 35th anniversary of the mixtape.
From MURO's archival works, which many people are influenced by and respect, we chose "Diggin' Ice" and "Tropicool Boogie" for the summer and actually photographed the cassettes from those days. We made shirts with life-size prints of the cassettes. The fabric is a fine aloha fabric made of rayon 1001 TP10T, and the silhouette is the wide, loose fit that only Searge can offer. Only one size is available, and each shirt comes with its own bag.
