It is called "3 plane shapes" and will be held at the T-House New Balance from August 15 to August 25.

Tamayama's works have been exhibited in a variety of venues, from solo exhibitions to group shows. The theme of this year's installation is "The possibility of a place that is not here. The horizon, the vertical line, and its outside. They seem to be parallel worlds, yet they tread on the same ground. .

T-House New Balance

T-House New Balance, which Tamayama describes as a space where "temporality is mixed up," is an unusual fusion of a new building and an old warehouse.

The venue was set up as a stage for the event, with several giant circular objects measuring over 2 meters in length, created especially for the event, placed on the ceiling and floor. The lime yellow color inspired by the "FuelCell Speedrift," a collaboration between Auralee and New Balance, and various lights were added to create a space with a sense of discomfort.

Takuro Tamayama
. was born in 1990 in Gifu Prefecture, Japan. After graduating from Aichi Prefectural University of Fine Arts and Music, he completed his graduate studies at Tokyo University of the Arts in 2015. . He creates installations using brightly colored everyday objects, lighting, and video. By combining a wide variety of found objects such as brushes, mops, plates, and sofas with the color tones of his original paintings and videos, the rhythm of objects, and sound, he creates spaces with precise compositions.
