The first live streaming studio and channel in Japan, opened by artist Naohiro Ukawa, who is one of the most free expressionist artists in Japan today, working as a contemporary artist, filmmaker, graphic designer, VJ, writer, organizer, and more. The channel opened on March 1, 2010, and began experimental distribution in October 2009, with the aim of projecting unexplored communication possibilities through the medium of programming. It is currently streaming two programs every weekday from 19:00 to 24:00, Monday through Thursday, for five hours each day.
