The flagship model, the PI7, is a two-way configuration with a custom Bowers & Wilkins 9.2-millimeter driver on each side and a balanced-armature tweeter for high-frequency reproduction.
Thanks to the use of a bi-amping system, each driven by its own dedicated amplifier, the sound is three-dimensional and full, as if coming from the speakers.
There are various codecs for Bluetooth used in wireless earphones, but the PI7 supports aptX™ Adaptive from Qualcomm®. Simply put, it means that you can enjoy 48kHz/24-bit sound wirelessly, which is higher quality than CDs.
Other features include active noise cancellation, which optimally adjusts to the environment, and ambient pass-through. To improve these features, three microphones are installed on each side of the earbuds, which even provide clear call quality.
In addition, the charging case that comes with these earbuds can function as a Bluetooth transmitter by connecting the included 3.5mm stereo mini, a commonly seen plug, or USB-C terminal cable to a computer or other playback device.
. So, with this, you can enjoy a movie on the plane when traveling on business, or sound from older audio devices that do not support Bluetooth, wirelessly and with excellent aptX™ Low Latency sound quality.

On the other hand, "PI5" is compatible with "Qualcomm®" aptX™ codecs, enabling CD-quality playback.
The key to the sound is a custom 9.2 mm driver from Bowers & Wilkins, the same manufacturer as the PI7. Two microphones provide active noise cancellation, ambient pass-through, and high-quality calls.
Incidentally, these two earphones are tuned by the team that created the 800 Series Diamond, which are used as monitor speakers at Abbey Road Studios, as mentioned above, and the quality of the sound is endorsed by professionals.
The dust and splash resistance rating is IP54, and both support wireless charging. The battery life of the "PI7" is 4 hours for the main unit and 16 hours for the charging case, while the "PI5" lasts 4.5 hours for the main unit and about 20 hours for the charging case, but when the time comes, they are easy to use for everyday use, including quick charging that allows 2 hours of playback with a 15-minute charge.
These earphones are great to have, especially now that the way we live and work has changed with remote meetings. Please take one for yourself.
