Tomohiro Nakano
Tomohiro Nakano, an unprecedented type of chef with a unique sensibility and mezzotte, is in charge of product development for Manners. he is also the owner-chef of "eau," a much talked about restaurant that opened in August 2017 in Shinsakae, Nagoya, and was previously a private chef for about three years. He also runs a private cooking school for about 3 years, focusing on French and Italian home cooking. His "cooking class that cannot be reserved" is now considered legendary, with a total of 900 students enrolled through word-of-mouth alone.
