Away from the hustle and bustle of the city and into the "town of photography. Keita Goto's solo exhibition will open at Higashikawa Gallery.

Higashikawa Town in Hokkaido has been contributing to the development of photographic culture since it announced its "Declaration of Photography Town" in 1985. Located in the center of the town, the Higashikawa Gallery is loved by many photographers as a place where encounters and exchanges are born through photography.

At this facility, which is about a 15-minute drive from Asahikawa Airport,Keita Gotowill hold a photo exhibition "N°02_engawa" from April 29 (Sat.).

What is "engawa"?
The space between the unconscious and the conscious.
What is visible and what is invisible. The boundary between the visible and the invisible.
Like a daydream, like when you doze off on the porch.
It is a record of the unidentifiable "something" that is a collection of fragments of a dream.
This exhibition is centered on the town of Higashikawa, Hokkaido.
While touring neighboring lands such as Biei-cho and Furano

It is composed of past works in the series.

Since becoming an independent photographer in 2012, Goto has been shooting fashion, portraits, and still life based in Tokyo. In addition to advertising and magazine work, he has been involved with domestic and international brands such as "minä perhonen" and "Jil Sander," expanding his field of activity year by year.

This is a rare opportunity to enjoy his view of the world, which he has often been a part of in Huinam.
