The CIELO X1 has been stripped of all unnecessary elements in pursuit of functionality for faster running. The midsole features the brand's initial "MetaRocker™" designed to advance the stride, and the carbon fiber plate has been upgraded to an asymmetrical wing shape that widens inward and outward at the base of the fingers. In addition, this carbon plate is sandwiched between two layers of PEBA foam for superior energy return. The bold cut in the sole area reduces weight and supports speedy, dynamic running.

The SKYWARD X, on the other hand, offers comfortable cushioning and running comfort. It is equipped with a highly propulsive convex carbon fiber plate while highly resilient PEBA foam is placed at the top of the midsole. In addition, the highly stable Super Critical EVA frame provides a light, low-impact ride.
Both have perfect features for racing, but we recommend the "CIELO X1" if you are aiming for a PB, and the "SKYWARD X" if you want to use them for both everyday running.
