Pharrell Williams, one of the most famous creators of our time, has been appointed Creative Director of Louis Vuitton. His debut collection was much talked about for its numerous Damier patterns, which he reinterpreted through his own filter. This time, we picked up the Damier Pop Canvas, which is dyed in vivid colors.
Rouge, veil, and blue - the "Speedy," one of the Maison's icons, is clad in pop colors, a predecessor of the "Express," which was introduced in 1930. Both of these bags were designed in the shape of a boston, taking into account the rapid changes in the way people traveled due to the development of infrastructure, and are characterized by their compact bodies.
As the name "Speedy Bandoliere 18" suggests, its width is 18 cm (height 12 cm , gusset 10 cm). It is the perfect size for the modern urbanite. Combined with the shoulder strap (bandoliere), it is sure to make for an "express" trip.
The Damier Pop canvas is always the center of attention, but if you take a step back, you can see that the gold-tinted metal parts decorating the padlocks (locks) and other important parts, and the nude leather used for the straps and handles are like smoldering silver actors that enhance the main role.
