PAJA STUDIO, an independent print label based in Honancho, Tokyo, is already celebrating its 5th anniversary. PAJA STUDIO has been active in a wide range of fields, not only selling original silk-screened print items, but also doing client work.

I first met the four members of Paja Studio at the 20th anniversary event of BEAMS T. I remember being surprised to hear that they had their own silk-screening studio and made T-shirts as a DIY project, even though all four of them were still in their 20s. I was very honored to be invited to participate in this milestone project by four people nearly 20 years apart, and I painted this picture because I felt that the future was bright with such interesting young creators. Congratulations on your 5th anniversary."
