SHIPS 50th anniversary is very serious. Limited items, including Marcel Lassens' special-order Alden, are available for pre-order starting today.

."SHIPSThis year marks the 50th anniversary of the founding of "KURANEX". We have been delivering carefully selected "authentic" products from all over the world, including the U.S. and Europe.

In the course of this journey, we have approached several brands to create special items befitting the milestone of "SHIPS".

Before introducing specific items, we would like to talk about the house tartan "SHIPS" created to commemorate our 50th anniversary.

The company that cooperated with us was Kinloch Anderson, a tailor and kilt maker based in Edinburgh, Scotland, founded in 1868, that carries on the authentic British traditional style.

Inspired by the stories behind Ships and the colors of the natural world, the color scheme also embodies the company's heritage, philosophy, and style. The tartan is officially registered with The Scottish Register of Tartans and is featured throughout this season's collection.

Now here are some limited items.

Valditaro

First up is Valditaro, an exclusive brand of Ships that has long been loved as a brand that embodies the Italian traditional.

This navy blazer features the brand's signature three-patch pockets and 50th anniversary emblem and metal buttons. The blazer is tailored in Italy with American-made metal buttons and British-made emblems, creating a dress that is a fusion of different cultures.

GHURKA
Bag ¥275,000

Next, we have been dealing with "SHIPS" since its establishment.GHURKAThe bag is now available from the "M" brand.

This time, we have made a special order of No. 5 "Examiner," which is a symbol of the brand and reminiscent of the Trafalgar era models.

The outer fabric and other parts remain as they were at the time, while the lining is the fantastic plain specification that existed in the first model. The "SHIPS" name is engraved on the logo. This is a limited edition of 50 pieces.

ALDEN × MARCEL LASSANCE

It is no exaggeration to say that the most prominent feature of the collection is "MARCEL LASSANCE. The brand has been the talk of the town for some time now.AldenThe collaboration with the "Mazda" team has been realized this time around.

The plain toe and chukka boots, which now use the rare Kendall last, are reissued. The square toe gives the boots a minimalist, continental look.

The upper is, needless to say, made of Horween Shell Cordovan. The insole is stamped with the logos of the three companies, and a rare masterpiece that will be passed down from generation to generation is born again.

It is no exaggeration to say that the navy blazer is the symbol of Ships, and now it appears in a triple collaboration. [ClaireTICCABased on a double jacket made by SHIPS, this jacket is lined with the SHIPS emblem pattern made by "manipuri" and has "S" engraved buttons.

Also included are five different badges associated with the 50th anniversary. A new essence has been added to this timeless classic for a unique finish.

COUTURE D' ADAM

“COUTURE D'ADAMThe special-order photo T-shirts are a selection of three artwork patterns from the photography collection of Sam Haskins, one of the most famous photographers of the 20th century.

Haskins is a photographer whose innovative work continues to have a profound influence on photographers, film directors, and fashion designers around the world today. For this project, we have completed a simple design based on a photograph of a woman as the subject.

Special denim inspired by movies and actresses inspired by the birth of "SHIPS WOMEN" in 1979 is also available.

The vintage denim worn by Jane Birkin was used as a favorite, with damage and staining. The flared silhouette with a side seam accentuates the line of the leg beautifully.

A special signet ring that marks 50 years of history is also available. It is decorated with the motif of the original coat of arms created on this occasion. The "S" and anchor (anchor) on both sides are carved three-dimensionally to create volume, and the arms are finished with a thin, sophisticated design.

The materials used are 925 silver and K18 gold plated 925 silver. The entire process, from prototyping to production, polishing, and refining, was done in Japan.
