The 55thnight in which temperature doesn't fall below 25 degrees C
This Series has changed from twice a month to once a month, which makes it difficult to manage the submission schedule, or rather, the rhythm. I forgot to write until just now, and then suddenly realized it and started writing in a hurry. Well, I hope you will continue to follow along with us.
Just the other day, I bought a new company car. The previous black German van had always had minor problems with the doors, locks, and other parts, and had to be repaired frequently. . Even so, the engine ran smoothly, and it was easy to drive, with good maneuverability. It was not bad as a work car, since it could hold a lot of people and luggage. However, it had serious problems from time to time. Finally, the transmission went haywire. It was as if the clutch was slipping, and no power was being transmitted to the drive wheels even when the accelerator pedal was depressed.
The staff and I examined several candidates and narrowed it down to the most compact model possible, because we wanted a sturdy commercial vehicle made in Japan and because it would be difficult to maneuver if it were too large. Finally, they narrowed down their choices to a Toyota Town Ace. Of course, it was a used car.
I asked a car dealer introduced by an acquaintance of mine to watch for the same car to be auctioned off, and if a good one came up, I would ask him to sell it to me, but only at such a time when there were no bidders. After about two months had passed, a car with a white body finally appeared.
Since a white vehicle would be just like a commercial vehicle and not very appealing, we decided to add some color to it, and decided on a few candidate colors. The last one was a charcoal gray color called "Rhino" from Jeep (which is connected to the company name), or a coyote color. . Well, this is where we got into trouble.
There is a custom car store in Sapporo called "Beat Trade. They seem to specialize in four-wheel drive vehicles because of the snowy climate, and the cars they customize are very cool. I had initially considered having my car customized there, but decided against it due to budget constraints. However, the colors they use to paint their cars are so nice that I decided to use their coloring as a reference. . To be precise, I was allowed to take a crack at it. To be more precise, I took a crack at it. Sorry. It was a dull beige.
In other words, we were in final consideration between this dull beige or rhino charcoal, but then some people said they liked the color of Gordon Miller's cars, and some said they liked the company's beige-like color, i.e., coyote color.
. Three of us were involved in the project, the editor-in-chief of HOUYHNHNM's, the special mission director, and myself, and we all had very different opinions on the color and name of the car, so when we saw the finished car, we looked up to the heavens. When we saw the finished car, we were astonished. It was more like the "skin color" of a crayon than a coyote (this expression is not PC-friendly, but that's what we called it when we were kids, so we'll just use that term).
Common miscommunication. No longer a carnival after the fact. There is nothing we can do about it .
. the situation is that there is this eerily colored Towne Ace sitting in the parking lot right now.
. how much better it would have been if it was the same coyote but in " Gordon Miller " color. What in the world could have caused this?
. It is a tropical night when I am thinking back on such an event while considering the purchase of such a cool hose reel. . Maybe the banquet director, or maybe the special mission director, had a tropical night in his head at that time.
