We will continue to take new steps forward without ceasing our 117 years of progress.
What is your vision for the future of "paraboots"?
Eric: We are now in the midst of two major challenges. The first is to get our production system in order. We already have a strong presence in France and Japan, and have grown significantly in Italy and the UK. We are also expanding rapidly in Northern European countries such as Belgium and Germany. We want to establish a system that will allow us to keep up with the growing global demand for our products. We would also like to maintain this structure while building up our ability to scale up internationally.
What is the other challenge?
Eric: The second is even bigger: to maintain the tradition that has been built up over the past 117 years. In other words, to maintain its roots in craftsmanship while remaining a brand loved by all three generations: those in their 20s and 30s, those in their 40s and 50s, and those in their 60s and older. While Paraboot is a brand for people with style, it must remain open and universal to everyone, regardless of age, occupation, or gender. This is our greatest challenge: to keep taking new steps forward without ceasing our 117 years of progress. That is our mission.
