Meiji Park has an urban spa, TOTOPA Tokyo Metropolitan Meiji Park, which can be used as a running station. She can drop off her luggage, run around the park, and then return to the sauna to refresh herself. This is the perfect place for Nanami, who also likes sauna.
Seven Seas: I often come to this area for auditions and such, but this is my first time using TOTOPA. When I come to the area for work, it is great to be able to take a sauna after running and go home feeling refreshed. My skin feels better after running or taking a sauna and sweating it out.
This was her first time using a running station, but Nanami says she would like to visit many other places in the future.
Seven Seas: With a runstay, it is easy to run anywhere. Even in a town I am not familiar with, I think I can learn more about it by running on my own feet and gaining information. I would like to visit places like Ueno. I haven't been there much, but I know there are many deep stores there. Ueno Park looks pleasant, and I think it would be an interesting place to run.
