-What is the appeal of running?
Where you can feel confident in yourself. When you continue to run, you will experience a sense of accomplishment on a daily basis.
-A run to remember.
My hometown is in the mountains of Nara, and when I went back to my hometown last year, I ran there and found the evening sunlight and the chirping of the brown-eared bulbul to be scenic. I usually run with distance and pace in mind, but just running and admiring the countryside scenery left a strong impression on my memory.
-What is your “Yet” (a goal you have yet to achieve)?
One is to run a full marathon. The other is to make running more fashionable and I want to grow the community I have formed with my friends.
-Do you have a particular style of running clothes?
Balance between silhouette and coloring. I like the combination of a long T and shorts, and choose a silhouette that is neither too tight nor too wide. For coloring, I like earth colors.
-What is your impression of Lululemon?
The image is that of people with a high awareness of wellness, who are sincere about their way of life. I sense this from the quality of the products.
-How do you feel about the comfort and design of the "YET Race Day Kit"?
It felt lighter than other items in the Lululemon line. The coloring and design are also unusual. I don't usually wear patterns, but it made me think it was possible.
