03: On THE ROGER Clubhouse Ace
The elegance of tennis.
Fuinam: The third pair has a slightly different vibe, doesn't it?
Tokunaga: This is part of "The Roger" collection—a line of tennis-inspired everyday shoes co-developed by and Roger Federer.

Fuinam: "On" usually brings to mind Lan Xiu, but this is completely different.
Miyazaki: Yes. In fact, I think that’s part of its appeal.
Tokunaga: Up until now, "The Roger" has mainly featured black-and-white smooth leather, giving it a slightly more mature look, but this time the material has changed, making it look more like a sneaker. I think "Atmos" customers will really like it.
Fuinam: That's true. It does give a soft impression.
Miyazaki: The upper combines synthetic leather and synthetic nubuck.
Tokunaga: The heel features a subtle "R" logo for Roger, giving the design a classic tennis shoe vibe.
Fuinam: How about the functionality?
Miyazaki: The sole features ON’s proprietary CloudTec technology. It has a classic look, but it’s surprisingly lightweight when you put it on. That’s part of what makes this series so appealing.
Fuinam: Lightweight is key. Leather-look shoes can look great, but they’re often surprisingly heavy.
Tokunaga: It feels light the moment you pick it up, and it’s comfortable to wear for long periods. Another big plus is how easy it is to pair with different outfits.
