In this installment, we’re showcasing all the special-order and collaboration models that “Atmos” is releasing this fall. We asked buyer Yuto Okajima to explain the designs, background stories, and key details of all 10 pairs.
キーン「JASPER ZIONIC “Bee Nice”」¥22,000
岡嶋：「〈キーン〉との別注第2弾です。今回のモチーフは蜂。『Bee Nice』という名前も、『Be Nice＝優しくしよう』と蜂の『Bee』を掛けた言葉遊びになっています。蜂がいなくなると植物や果物にも大きな影響が出る。そこから『蜂に優しくしよう』というメッセージを込めています。アッパーには蜂のモチーフが飛んでいたり、ゴールドのパーツから蜂蜜が垂れているように見せたり、ヒールにはハニカム柄を入れたり。細部までストーリーを楽しめる一足です」
