I enjoy communicating through running.
When are you glad you are running?

Fujise:I originally started running to lose weight. I have actually lost weight, the drinks after running are delicious, and it is fun to talk about running with others. Running is really a good thing. Running has made me stronger, and I may have fewer hangovers (laughs).

Makino:We talk over drinks and a common topic of running. This is a lot of fun, isn't it? Through running, I have been able to expand my interactions with others and meet many fascinating people. The friendships I have made through running are an invaluable asset to me. Running has changed my life without exaggeration, and now I cannot imagine my daily life without running.

Seki:Communication through running is fun, isn't it? I am 29 years old now. Many runners are older than I am, and I am happy and enjoy being able to naturally communicate with them. And through the common language of running, I can easily get along with people from different industries. This is something I could not have done without running.

Takahashi:All the members of the BEAMS Run Club are truly enjoying running, aren't they? When I was engaged in athletics as a competitor, I could not experience that kind of feeling, so I find it very refreshing. Influenced by everyone, I have become more conscious of enjoying running myself.
Nakagawa:I also like running itself, and just running is just fun. Running and sweating is the best change of pace. Also, I love yakiniku, and the meat after running is exceptional (laughs).

Makino:Beer and barbeque after a run is exceptionally tasty. Yeah, no doubt about it (laughs).
