How far do you run and at what pace?
Kondo:. I run about 5 to 10 kilometers once a week, depending on my mood and physical condition at the time. If I am too enthusiastic, I cannot continue, and I think it is important to run according to my mood. Compared to serious runners, my pace may not be that much, but my body has still changed.

You are doing things at your own pace.
Kondo:Yes, I do. . I am not a very conscious person, so I don't wear a smartwatch to keep a log or anything like that. Once upon a time, someone told me, "It's okay to just go for a run as if you were riding a bicycle," and that's what I'm trying to keep in mind. So when I run, it's more like taking a walk, or going out to a nearby place, but instead of getting on my bike, I just run with my legs.

Kondo:. that's why I carry a sack when I run. . because I sometimes do some shopping along the way. There were times when I would run to the boutique where my senpai worked, buy a T-shirt, and come back home. I am just fine running to and from a certain destination.
Do you listen to music while you run?
Kondo:Sometimes I run with friends , and I don't listen to them very often.
You won't be bored?
Kondo:That doesn't happen very often. I am a stylist, so I guess I have that in the back of my mind, and I feel as if I am on location scouting while I am running. So I run around with my cell phone in hand, and if I find a good location, I take pictures of it and use them in my work.
