Six methods to wear Champion's MADE IN USA.

Founded in 1919, the athletic wear brand "Champion" has been loved for more than 100 years. Among its many items, the "T1011" series, which is synonymous with heavyweight T-shirts, is notable for its commitment to "made in the USA," from material procurement to yarn selection and sewing. Six experts wore these everlasting standard items of clothing. What are the methods of wearing the "authentic" six different styles?

STYLE 1 The thickness is just right for three-season wear.

You have coordinated a sweatshirt from "Champion" in all black. Do you often tuck in your sweatshirts?

Not always, but sometimes I do. This sweatshirt is just the right thickness. Not chunky and thick , not flimsy and thin. I can wear it except in the middle of summer.

This sweatshirt is 9 ounces, so it doesn't look stiff even when tucked in. Is there anything you are particular about when wearing sweatshirts?

Size is important to me. I choose between two extremes: small or much larger. If I want to wear large, I choose a men's size. As for how to wear it, I like to wear a sweatshirt under a set-up jacket. Also, I sometimes wear it with military pants.

Champion is a leading American brand, but do you like American brands?

I like it . American brands have a straightforward image. I feel comfortable with designs that are not overly complicated.

JUNMIKAMI doesn't have any items with a logo. On the other hand, Champion's logo has a definite presence.

I envy brands that have an iconic logo; one year ago, I renewed the logo for JUNMIKAMI . At that time, I thought about an iconic logo, but it was really difficult.

. It seems to be difficult to make it easy to understand, but also to make it unique.

Yes, it is. I think the "Champion" logo is great because it is simple, recognizable, and can be used as a design motif in itself.

. Maybe it's because of the long history of the company, established in 1919.

If it is a newly launched brand, I sometimes think it is fine without a logo, but the "Champion" logo is better to have.

STYLE 2 . toughness and a nice dry texture.

T1011" long sleeve T-shirt was worn in a monotone color.

I always coordinate with a color scheme like this. I don't wear too many layers and keep it simple.

I hear that you usually wear "Champion.

Yes . I am allowed to wear it. Long T's are by far the most common. I also have vintage ones.

How do you wear it?

On a warm day like today, I wear shorts, but I often pair them with crisp pants, like slacks. It is a sense of making a difference between casual "Champion" and formal pants. I often coordinate my outfits by wearing a "rah-rah" style. I don't wear too many layers of clothes and keep it simple.

What made you start wearing Champion T-shirts?

My husband has a lot of them, and before I know it, I've worn them all by myself (laughs). (Laughs.) This one I wore today has pockets, but I was wearing the type without pockets.

What do you like about it?

I still like the tough part. This long T is also made of a thicker fabric with a dry texture, different from other brands , and the here (binder neck) is also solid. That, to me, is the biggest attraction.

The USA cotton has a nice dry touch, and the thick 7 oz. material is tough and sturdy. So, do you usually wear men's size?

Yes . . I'm in the mood for a larger size, so much so that the shoulders are down. So, when I roll up my arms like this, it gives a sense of volume, which is good.
