Lambda's Collection

Lambda:. right? So, with that kind of talk in between, my suggestion for sand suede shoes. I've grouped them by America. Alden, Timber, Red Wing, and Chippewa.
Fujii:How do you wear Alden? Do you only wear them in the summer?
ALDEN PENNY LOAFER
I don't like the subtlety of the 'invisible socks'" (Lambda).

Lambda:Basically, summer . . I wear them with loose socks. Today I'm wearing " Paraboots," but they have more volume, which makes them pop a little more. Alden loafers don't have a flap, so they look elegant. So I wear Aldens on days when I want to be classy, and Paraboots on rainy days.
Fujii:Do you not wear them with long pants?
Lambda:Long pants don't balance it out.
Fujii:Do you get a lot of crumpled socks like today?
Lambda:You're running away with the wispy socks, lol . If I were to style it, I'd go with grayish slacks that are about ankle length and double hemmed, about 18 or 19 inches wide, with white hose socks or something like that, ...... innerwear, I don't know. Maybe a washable button down , or a knit tie. I'm thinking it would be cooler to wear them rough on top of that.

Doidi:People who wear shorts like these often have bare feet, don't they? For such people, I feel that it is a bit difficult to match shorts with socks. Would you recommend wearing them with socks?
Lambda:. when I'm wearing long pants, yes. . and I don't like the "invisible socks" being subtly visible. Don't you hate it?
Fujii:I don't like it either. It's not very manly, is it?
Lambda:Right? Then you should wear them barefoot.
Fujii:I think people who wear those think they have to show. Some socks are the same, but you can't really see them, can you? . If you can see about 5mm of them, maybe they are showing.
Lambda:Oh, no, that's not going to happen. Junichi Ishida would be furious.
Fujii:You know those socks that only have fingers and heels? That would be nice.
Lambda:Nice, isn't it? The ones made of a material like tights.
Doidi:Sure would be good for shorts. Lambda, do you ever put rubber on the sole of these things? Would you wear them as they are?
Lambda:Some things stick, but this is an oiled leather sole, so I don't worry too much about it. They really feel like slippers. But they are very classy.

By the way, what was the last one?
Lambda:You've already forgotten ....... Where did it say that?
Doidi:I have the size but I don't think it says the last. But it's thin.
Fujii:. Once you know that kind of thing, you know it.
Doidi:The way you wear them has to be like this! . and I think a lot about it.
Lambda:I think it is important to follow the rules to a certain extent, but I think it is more important to be comfortable and to be able to wear them freely and comfortably. I think it's cool if you don't follow the rules of the textbooks, but rather, if you make them your own. That's how I wear my Alden shoes.
Doidi:You can make your own rules, right?
