Summer is just a little bit ahead of us according to the calendar. However, the hot days are continuing, and summer events and festivals have already been held in many places. Are you already feeling summer, Mr. Nakajima?
Nakajima:Just yesterday and the day before, I was back at my parents' house for a friend's wedding. I went to visit the gravesites, and when I poured water on the gravestones, the water dried up very quickly. It was like, "It's really summer! I felt summer at that moment (laughs).
Do you like summer?
Nakajima:I love it! But I don't do marine sports, festivals, and other summery things.
What do you spend most of your time doing?
Nakajima:I often sleep naked in direct sunlight around 3:00 p.m. (laughs). I like the feeling of sunlight hitting places on my body that are not normally exposed to light.
That's quite a primitive way to enjoy the summer (laughs). Do you have any recommendations?
Nakajima:The rooftop of a building in Kinshicho. It's so nice to just sit and relax while looking at the cars running on the street in front of me. Actually, this is the first apartment I lived in after coming to Tokyo.
I'm curious about the rooftop, so much so that I've been going there even after I moved here.... Come to think of it, there are often people sunbathing on the rooftop of Shibuya Parco, too.

One of the essentials is selected at TAKOBAR, a taco store in ComMunE (10F). He says he always comes back in the summer, and while there are many varieties, Nakajima-san chose...
Let me ask you about the summer fashion situation. Are there any items you are particularly interested in this summer, or any styling you would like to try?
Nakajima:Recently, I have been interested in silk clothing and wear it often. I like the fact that they are airy and cool, and they contain the wind when I walk, which helps to cover my slender figure. I wash them at home and wear them without worrying about wrinkles. I also like shirts, so a tank top with an adjustable chest opening is a must-have in summer!
What is that hair elastic?
Nakajima:I'm glad you asked! This is also a must-have item that I wear every summer, because I feel like I'm wearing pants with a tee, and I'm also trying to be popular with the girls. I rarely get picked on, but I think it's better to foreshadow a lot of things. ...... (laughs)
