SHINKNOWNSUKE:When I looked for clothing for mountain climbing, I found only narrow-waisted and long-fitting T-shirts, and I couldn't find the T-shirts I wanted exactly as I wanted them.
Ioka:Mountaineering is based on layering, so the silhouette is correct, but for light hikers like us, we want to climb with the tension of everyday clothes.

-I understand that the pop-up to be held at BEAMS T Harajuku this time will feature eight different items.
FACE:Each of us has been communicating with BEAMS for a long time, so it was easy to work with them. We have always been able to work freely.
SHINKNOWNSUKE:We wanted something more than just T-shirts and sweatshirts, and I am glad that we were given the opportunity to make a nylon set-up, which we had always wanted to make. The fabric was dyed from the beginning, so we ended up with an item that we could never have made by ourselves.

Ioka:Just like when we made the quick-drying T-shirt, we wanted something that could be worn both on hikes and in everyday life, so we made it a roomy size and used a cotton-like, water-repellent nylon material.
SHINKNOWNSUKE:I also had the shell's pockets repositioned.
FACE:Many shells have pockets that become unusable when the chest and waist belts of the sack are attached. . So we put the pockets a little higher.
Ioka:There's also an inside pocket.
