Sito:Take a look at this! Ring:The designer, Masayuki Ino, is from Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, and he came to visit me during the Golden Week holidays of 2018, when this shop was established. I didn't know much about "Doublet" at the time, but we hit it off when we talked, and we became friends and visited each other at exhibitions. Every New Year, he made an item with a Gunma motif, which became very popular and sold out immediately. He is a wonderful creator and person. He is one of the designers I respect.

Sito:You are building good relationships with various brands.

Ring:The brand is so popular that there are customers who say "HIKE" when they think of "st company KIRYU. As an individual, I am particularly attached to this brand.

Sito:I love it too. . this is a bolero made of water-resistant perspex. It would be absolutely adorable worn over a dress made of a different material. I get excited just thinking about it!

Sito:The long coat with fleece fur on the body is very fine tailored and comfortable. The fabric is soft to the touch and you can tell that it is made of the finest fabric. There are darts at the elbows to make it easier to tuck in the arms, and the fine workmanship is very clever!　I think even slim boys can wear it.

. I really enjoyed seeing various brands in a very pleasant space throughout the entire store. I am sure that many brands are offering to be added to the lineup, but what are your criteria for brands to be carried at "st company"?

Ring:Products and people, right . I am happy to say that we receive a variety of offers. Of course, the products are good, but the most important reason is that when I meet someone, I talk to them and see if I am attracted to their personality. Mr. It's Mr. Sunagawa, Mr. Ino of Dovelet, and Mr. Ochiai of FACETASM, all of whom I introduced this time, have wonderful personalities. The other brands are also people I fell in love with. Knowing the background of these brands allows me to recommend their products to customers with love. Also, I think the brands have been with us for a long time because this is the kind of store we are.

Sito:I see . . that's why so many clothing lovers and brands love you.

Ring:Also, encounters and relationships are important. Incidentally, I mentioned earlier that "HIKE" is a brand that I have a special place in my heart for, but the designer, Yukiko Oide, is from Kiryu, and used to visit my old store when I was in high school. Then I moved to Tokyo, ran a vintage clothing store, and launched "Green," the predecessor of "HIKE. For my first collection, he said, "I want to put it in your store, so please come to the exhibition.

Sito:It's amazing that we've been at the forefront of each other's lives ever since!

Ring:We have been given the opportunity to bring the relationships and ties we have built together into one form, and will be opening a limited time POP UP at Shibuya PARCO's 50th anniversary project "50/50" starting on November 25. There, we will release special collaboration items with "Feeny," "Mr. It," "Midori Kawa," and "Doublet x FACETASM.
