Time is up! What are the results you're wondering?
Thus, it was time to end. Everyone was smiling, although they were disappointed that they could not do the fishing they had envisioned.
Yasuyuki Murayama, designer for Flagstaff, and Miki Hayashida, freelance sales rep, are back. HOUYHNHNM FISHING CLUB's familiar faces, how was it?

Murayama: Early on I was throwing double swishers and frogs , but they were not responding. I was trying to change from reels to strikes. . but I did get a bite on a downshot at about 2pm, but I let it go. I hadn't used spinning in a while and didn't realize I had tightened up the drag, ( lol ) . from the pull, it was probably about 30 cm. Normally, I would choose a lure based on what I wanted to catch with it, but I wanted to win first place, right? I don't use a down shot very often, so I felt like I was fishing seriously for the first time in a long time. It's nice to fish with a different feeling.

Hayashida: I didn't bring my finesse, so I was trying to get one big one with a bigger lure. . I didn't have a clue what I was doing. Well, I have been fishing for quite a long time, so it was fun just to be able to fish. And it's not often that I get a chance to come fishing with so many friends, so the tournament was a good opportunity for us to get together.
. Everyone seems to be having a good time as they disembark and discuss their respective fishing.

Now, the fun awards ceremony, where the gorgeous prizes are awarded. Starting with the "Daiwa Prize" for size .

Although the weather was not favorable, the "Bakumon" event came to a close. It was a great opportunity to meet new people who knew each other as fishing enthusiasts but had never been together before, as well as to make new acquaintances. I hope we can add more contents to the next Bakumon. We welcome those who have never fished before! We look forward to seeing you there!
