Running time to face yourself.

-It would be a nice change of pace to move my body.
Ida: If I don't exercise, on the contrary, I get tired.
-Certainly. I feel like sleeping through the holidays makes me extra tired. How much do you run per week?
Ida: I walk about 3-4 days a week, and if I'm feeling good, I try to run home. I played soccer until high school, so I like to exercise. Until a while ago, I used to run with the determination to push myself hard today, but now I start running when my body warms up while taking a walk.

-Do you run at night on weekdays?
Ida: Yes, about 30 minutes to an hour, and if I run for an hour, I've done my best. Lately, I've started to set a sort of daily rhythm: I eat dinner around 8:00 to 9:00 p.m., and if I don't have any work to do after that, I run. When I get home, I do some simple core training, watch some anime, and take a bath. Since I set the time, I don't slack off anymore.
-You've put a lot of energy into the rhythm of your life.
Ida: I feel good when I run even when I am tired, and running often helps me to think clearly. Running also gives me a sense that it is a switch that calms me down.

-You run with your thoughts.
Ida: At first I ran for my health, but then I realized that running while thinking about various things helps me to organize my mind. I feel like I can properly face myself, not just about work.
-Maybe because I don't think about unnecessary things when I am moving my body, I can focus on a single thought.
Ida: It is a waste of time. It is better to think while running than to think while sitting still. This is perfect for when you are stuck in your thoughts.

-By the way, have your preferences for running clothes changed in the same way as your preferences for fashion?
Ida: Running clothes are the same as everyday clothes; I used to prefer loose-fitting L or XL sizes, but recently I think it is better to wear sharply in a size M or so.
-He said that running wear has also changed in size.
Ida: I have a muscular build, so I didn't wear clothes that matched my bodyline, but I feel like sizing down in conjunction with fashion. However, I want to wear bright colors in my running clothes as opposed to fashion, which I want to coordinate with chic colors.
