This cider was originally made with the help of a brewery in Nagano that makes hard cider called "Sanovasmith". The cider, flavored with rosehips, orange peel, and elderflower, is fruity and aromatic. It is characterized by its lightness, which even those who do not like beer can enjoy. The plums used as ingredients were procured from Okubo, a long-established grocery store in Sangenjaya. He also recalled how the entire staff peeled off 30 kg worth of plums. The anniversary original cider, made with such sincerity by "Sanity," is easy to drink, but the alcohol content is a little high at 7.51 TP10T. I couldn't help but drink too much, but since it was a New Year's party, I guess it was okay.

Bar Dock is a craft beer brewery and restaurant in Toronto, Canada. As someone who is still new to the beer scene, what decides the beer among the beers on tap is the label design and the style of the beer. I like the label design of "Bardock". SUPER. RICE" is a beer with a strong barley taste and is delicious! It tastes good with a strong barley flavor! It is a bottle that lager beer lovers should try. The "Tuesdey" on the right has a fruity and refreshing taste typical of Saison beer. As a side note, when I saw "Tuesdey", the jacket of "Between the Sheets" by the Isley Brothers came to mind. Sheets" by the Isley Brothers came to my mind. This is definitely best drunk on a hot summer day. I like the simplicity of the clean design shown in the font of both.
