Chandal supports the mountains and the city without dividing them.
Jerry showed us this place, which he said was "a nice place," in a forest located 10 minutes from his house by car. The place is a secluded spot where melted snow from the Yatsugatake Mountains gushes out from everywhere, and in the old days, lilies of the valley grew in clusters. Today, the virgin forest still remains and is carefully preserved by the local people. It is also a regularly visited walking course.

It starts with a gravel road, then a grassy area, and then a water feature. I wear Columbia's "Peak Freak Rush Shandals" to walk in this diverse terrain.
It looks good, and I can go in and out of the water. And it grips well."
This pair of outdoor shoes is, as Jerry says, amphibious. The unique "Omnimax" sole system, which resembles a pine cone, balances cushioning, stability, and traction at a high dimension to provide a stable walk on any surface.
The "Shandal" solves the common problem of outdoor sandals, which is the pain caused by pebbles. The calculated upper design fits securely to the foot and blocks the intrusion of pebbles.

Proximity to nature is not the only reason Jerry chose to base himself in Yatsugatake. Having old acquaintances living nearby and favorite restaurants are also major factors. After a walk, he drives his car to the "Small Twist" restaurant. After a walk, she sometimes drives to "DILL eat, life." run by Mr. and Mrs. Yamato of "The Small Twist" fame, or goes a little farther and stops by "KALPA," a bakery in Chino City.
Jerry's life in Yatsugatake, where the mountains and the town are literally connected.
I visit a lot of places in a day, and I can wear these shoes from Columbia anywhere.
After saying this, Jerry got into his old Prius. Next, we headed to his home.
