The death of African-American George Floyd, who was squeezed to death by a white police officer in the neck, has sparked protests throughout the United States and even around the world.
Brands, media, and celebrities have issued statements one after another, and the slogan "Black Lives Matter" has spread rapidly, calling for the elimination of discrimination against black people. The fact that rival adidas retweeted a video message posted by NIKE on its social networking site shows how this issue is something that cannot be ignored.
In the midst of all this, a message from NETFLIX caught my eye. There was the following sentence. To be silent is to be complicit. In racism, there are only two choices: to be complicit or to protest.
So how exactly do you do it? I think there are many people who would like to do so. Then why not express your intention by wearing this T-shirt?
Printed on the chest are the words "ERACISM (anti-racism). The term was coined by combining the words "erase" and "racism. As the word suggests, the graphics gradually fade away.
We can only hope for a world where racism is eliminated in reality and there is no need for these items in the first place.
