FLAVOR WORK'S is in charge of the store, and boasts a solid track record of successively producing original and international coffee shops, including FILBERT STEPS (opened in 2012), COUTUME (2014), and GORILLA COFFEE (2015). The company boasts an unshakable track record of producing original and international coffee shops in rapid succession.
At the Roasted Coffee Laboratory roasting plant, the company aims to become a coffee laboratory that conducts daily research to brew an even tastier cup of coffee, utilizing the know-how cultivated through the selection of beans and extraction methods that match the store's world view that it has worked on so far.

Of course, you can eat and drink in the store, and in the café space, coffee is carefully brewed using steampunk, Chemex, and espresso machines, using extraction methods that match the beans. The type of beans changes regularly, and you can select the beans and brewing method that best suits your mood that day. Along with the coffee, light meals such as hot sandwiches and sweets, which are cooked on the grill upon order, are served.
The number of people who make coffee at home has been increasing, but the reality is that it is difficult to get involved when it comes to roasting.
