Up-and-coming artist Melody Nakanishi presents a large-scale new series of works at Diesel Art Gallery. Analog and digital intersect.

The number of people who view and buy art has increased dramatically since the Corona disaster. New artists who are at the forefront of the times are being discovered one after another.

One such artist is the young artist Mazei Nakanishi, born in 1994. His new series "TREE OF LIFE" will be unveiled at "DIESEL ART GALLERY".

Melody Nakanishi went to the U.S. by herself in 2016 to dive in and become an assistant under Reki Yamaguchi, and after returning to Japan in 2019, she became independent and continues to produce her signature series, Flower of Life, as well as actively participating in group exhibitions in Japan and abroad.

He is such a maverick that he creates his works in his own unique style using two techniques, analog and digital.

While making full use of painting materials such as acrylic pigments, crayon materials, and sprays, on the other hand, he uses the computer to express his own images in computer graphics. The two completely different processes are fused together to create a single work of art.

The irregular colors and regular lines are strangely appealing.

At this exhibition, "TREE OF LIFE" will be on display and for sale, and a catalogue will also be available.
