We live in a world of SDGs, but it is difficult to put them into practice on your own. So, let's try to incorporate them into our diets.

GOOD NATURE STATION, a nature-focused complex in Kawaramachi, Kyoto, has launched a new brand "GOOD NATURE MARKET" to help people style their food. Focusing on food loss and waste issues, this brand delivers food that is good for the body, mind, community, society, and the earth.

The first product in the series, "CACAO CURRY," is made from cacao husks, which are generally discarded.

Cacao Curry is supervised by the chef of RAU, a patisserie and chocolate brand located at Good Nature Station. The chef visits farms in Costa Rica, where high-quality cacao beans are produced, to observe the entire process from cultivation to drying and fermentation.

This curry is made without chemical seasonings, colorings, or flavors, and is full of the flavor of the ingredients.
