The "90/60" is a mix of New Balance's flagship "990" series and the "860" performance running shoes that debuted in the early 2000s.
The second collaboration with South Central L.A.-based brand Bricks & Wood is centered around this new iconic New Balance model.
The theme of "home" was the inspiration for the shoes, which were inspired by the home of Casey Lynch's grandmother, the owner and founder of Bricks and Wood.
The upper combines gray mesh with off-white suede for a neutral tone. As an accent, a bright green color is subtly added to the midsole.
Another key point is the use of fuzzy fuzzy laces, as if to match the suede upper. The result is a pair that is urban, yet somehow warm and inviting.
The new products will go on sale on January 30 (Mon.) at New Balance's online site, T-House New Balance, and some other stores that carry them.
