It seems like many people buy a camera when they have a child. That’s probably because they want to capture those irreplaceable moments with their sons and daughters, who grow up in the blink of an eye. And when it comes to family members, our beloved dogs are no exception. For this feature, we asked the Namba couple, who live in Zushi, Kanagawa, to try out Sony’s “VLOGCAM™” and share their experiences using the camera with their dog.

Yuma Namba

After working as a buyer for the select shop “LANTIKI,” he went independent in 2024 and launched his own brand, 〈NAM〉. He currently serves as a director for several brands and runs the one-of-a-kind bag brand 〈if space〉. On the right in the photo is his wife, Minami. The dog she is holding is their beloved pet, Kotume.

“Nam (NAM)Yuma Namba, the designer and director of 〉, is well known in the apparel industry, having worked for many years as a buyer at the select shop “LANTIKI,” but he is actually quite the dog lover. He even has a dedicated Instagram account where he posts photos of his dog, Kotume.

Mr. Namba’s home is a single-family house in Zushi, Kanagawa Prefecture. It seems like the ideal environment for living with his beloved dog, and he lives there with his wife, Minami, and Kotome.

We asked Ms. Namba, who often uses a camera for work, to try out the “VLOGCAM™ ZV-E10 II” and asked her to share her impressions of the camera as well as her experiences filming with her dog.
